Karina Kane is a Senior Client Manager of Highmark. Karina has been in the Health Insurance Industry for over 17 years. She joined the Highmark Lehigh Valley Sales office in 2005 as a Client Manager focusing on large groups in the education and government realm.
Prior to working in the Lehigh Valley, Karina was an Information Systems Business Analyst in Highmark’s Camp Hill office. Karina’s current role as a Senior Client Manager is to serve as the liaison between existing clients and Highmark. Karina is responsible for consulting with clients and producers to provide strategic solutions that result in effective health care management decisions. Karina values integrity, responsiveness, collaboration and a member focus when working with employer groups and producers.
Raised in the Lehigh Valley, Karina graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School and the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Minor in International Business. She is fluent in Spanish and French and was elected to serve as the Vice President of Highmark’s Latino Business Resource Group, SALUD.
Karina resides in Allentown and remains active in her community. In her spare time she greatly enjoys traveling, exercising, running, and spending time with her family.
