Lauren A. Loeffler is Vice President, Workforce Development/Community Education and Dean, Southside Center for Northampton Community College. Lauren’s experience brings a substantive understanding of local and regional workforce challenges from employer and employee perspectives and has extensive business experience building bridges between the college, county, regional and state entities, local employees and the citizens of the community. Her ability to be nimble and respond quickly to economic trends that drive training and employment needs is a great match with Northampton Community College’s strengths and the services it provides to the community.
Lauren earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at Muhlenberg College and her Master of Arts Degree in Professional Communication from Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, NJ. She currently serves as a member of the PA Commission for Community Colleges’ Workforce Development Affinity Group.
