Raymond Santiago is the Executive Director at the Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley. Mr. Santiago brings with him over ten years of leadership experience within the nonprofit and human resources sectors. Most recently, he held the position of Director of Development at United Way of Bucks County. Previously, he held a leadership role at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, where he led a team that continually surpassed fundraising goals. Mr. Santiago has worked to support community initiatives by leading fundraising efforts and is one of Lehigh Valley esteemed “Forty Under 40.” He lends his expertise to many community-based organizations – particularly those dedicated to ensuring equitable health and education outcomes. Mr. Santiago serves as a Trustee for The Foundation for the Bethlehem Area School District and, prior to his appointment as HCLV’s Executive Director, Mr. Santiago served on the HCLV Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Moravian University.
