Scott joined the Board in 2017 and he also serves on the HCLV HR Committee. Scott is Vice President & Associate General Counsel for St. Luke’s University Health Network and he has served as St. Luke’s outside and in-house labor lawyer for approximately thirty years. Scott graduated from Brown University in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in History and Columbia University Law School in 1989 with a J.D. In the community, Scott currently also serves on the Board of Directors for Nazareth Blue Eagle Education Foundation and the Eastern Pennsylvania Brown Alumni Club for whom he also interviews candidates for university admission. He is married to Georgine Danyi, VMD and has two adult daughters, Meredith and Lara. He enjoys running and swimming in his spare time.
